1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing or playing Block Raja, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.
2. Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Block Raja on your own devices, for your personal entertainment. The game is licensed to you — it is not sold to you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- copy, modify, distribute or sell the game or any part of it;
- reverse-engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use the game for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaks applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
Block Raja — including its name, artwork, design, code, sounds and all other content — belongs to the developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Virtual items in the game, such as coins, boosters, stars and themes, exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money.
5. Availability, updates and save data
The game may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Your save data is stored only on your device; if it is deleted (for example by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game), we cannot recover it.
6. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the game.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page and inside the app, with its effective date shown at the top. Continuing to play the game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact the developer via the developer email address shown on the Block Raja page on Google Play.
